Kalule Charles (Eng.) is a certified Lead Consultant by British Standard Institute (BSI) Training Academy, CQI & IRCA Certified Lead Auditor- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (Cert. No: ENR-00523399) and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ENR-00612283). Charles has trained in Food Défense and Fraud and implemented FSMS and FSSC with a Team of Food Expert. He obtained massive experience over 19 years in Standardization, Quality Assurance, Metrology and Testing (SQMT). Charles has training in the current ISO 17025, 9001, 14001, 45001, TOT, among others. He participated in the Internal Auditing as an Assessor for Accreditation process of Engineering Materials Laboratory under South Africa National Accreditation Systems (SANAS). He is the founder and an expert in Conformity and Inspection of Engineering Materials /Team Leader at ZERO WASTE CONSULT LTD. The company provides Product and Services consultancy in ISO Consultancy, ISO Training for Internal Quality Improvement, Design and Development of Documented Information for 3rd Party Certification, conduct Internal Audit- Gap Analysis/Pre-assessment for Quality Management Systems, Laboratory Management System, Environmental Management System,. Besides that Zero Waste Consult provides services for E-Waste Management and Disposal, Hazardous and Non-hazardous Waste Management through 3R Strategy. In additional, support SMEs Technology Enhancement through Value Addition, Engineering Designs, Process Control and Works Energy Audit, etc... Charles has obtained a wealth experience and trainings from Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) serving in different departments and capacities for over 19 years. He is among the National Technical Committee members on Development of Engineering Standards and Chemical & Environmental Standards. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and Master of Business Administration-Management Optional. He is a Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) and a Board Member of Energy Efficiency Association of Uganda (EEAU).
