Hi Charles,

Any Risk Assessment on any Process of Oil, Cooking Spray, or Butter for the compliance of SQF Quality Codes. To help me create one for our product.

Thank you,

Elaine

Hi Elaine,

I can't help much with the specific Process but the SQF originated attachment in this post gives an idea as to the development of a Quality Plan ( I presume you are aware that you will also need to do a Safety Plan separately?) -

Booh,

The FDA has some good resources to help get started at least. Modify as needed for your process and products.

https://www.fda.gov/...tion-guidelines

Hope this helps.

Hi Jonco,

Thks for input but this link is NACMCF's haccp and is for Safety-related hazards, not Quality.

Kind Regards,
