Any template for allergen program for food packaging

We use an Allergen Policy along with a risk assessment for all suspected allergen potential. I attached examples of each. Make sure to perform a thorough assessment and be sure to include your break area and vending machines (if applicable) even though the risk is low, you know there are allergens there, in your building.
