Good Afternoon,

We are due out Annual BRC audit at end of month.

Due to the current COVID-19 we are having a remote audit.

Just wondering if anyone else as had one of these if so what format/agenda it took.

If you can please give any tips that would be great

Thanks

I would be curious how your audit goes! We have ours in April.

Hello,

pls check:  https://www.brcgs.com/media/2082456/2532020-update-brc072-brcgs-audits-impacted-by-covid-19-v3.pdf.

"All scheduled BRC remote audits are to be cancelled."

Check your CB....

Hi – we are having our audit on Monday, so I might know a little more after that. Possibly.

The process to date has been totally confusing, with the CB seeming having to scramble to adjust the audit format at very short notice. I spent the whole of today completing the supplied remote audit workbook only to be informed at the end of the day that the workbook had been dropped and is now replaced be an auditor lead risk assessment! The CB hope to advise me on the finalised format tomorrow (Friday), which does not give much preparation time for a audit on Monday.

As far as I know, BRC are now intending to extend existing issue 5 certificates by 6 months, with an audit to issue 6 taking place before that extension expires.
