Hello! We are working at getting SQF Level 2 certified. We are looking at ways to make our cold storage more efficient. We have found these platforms here https://www.webstaur...00D48205BP.html

But they are only 5" tall and I know you generally want 6" clearance. But if we are performing a monthly deep clean where we move pallets, clean the space, and the pallets themself and record that, would that be acceptable? Or do we NEED to find a 6" platform for storing?

We will be storing sealed boxes of cashews on these pallets. The cashews are sealed in a bag, then sealed in the box. They remain unopen until removed from storage and being prepped for production.

No specific height in inches - just need to keep boxes off the floor.  These look good. Check to ensure they are acceptable for storing food product on them and get migration and specs for them. You will need that on file for audit time. Also need to be easy to clean.  

 

You should be good to go however.
