A belated hello, as I joined a while ago and forgot to introduce myself. I've worked in food safety for nearly 10 years, mostly focused on rapid test kits for gluten and allergens (but as of late, other food safety areas as well). I'm grateful to this community for helping me learn about the broader challenges of working in safety/quality, and I'm hopeful that any knowledge I have will be helpful to someone else in turn!
