I received a nonconforming for not having food  equipment (that is fabricated in house) in the validation program. I was told I can use the G.M.A  (Grocery Manufactures Asso.) check list - but I can't find it. Does anyone have it or anything like it?

I don't have the gma. I think you have to be a member to get it. there are many sources though that should make it easier for you. I have attached one and put a link below for usda guidleines. If you just google sanitary design checklist, you can find much more.

the attached works well because it is already in a "form" and lists the standards.

Attached. If wet cleaning I'd recommend the AMI checklist. FWIW- you will rarely if ever find a piece of equipment that complies perfectly. It essentially creates data that must be interpeted in some cases design changes and some times programs must manage the design gap.
