Hello everyone,

I appreciate your insight on this.

my company has a new product that holds candy and has a topper that lights up.

The battery that lights it up is a cell alkaline battery 1.5V.

Since it is classified under part toy/part food container product, is there any specific testing that needs to be done for this? Looked under the CPC but could not find anything.

we have received MSDS and heavy metals reports from the supplier.

We are based in USA, product for sale in USA and Canada.

Thanks in advance,

Crystal

Flammibility and leak testing due to battery needs to be done for this type of thing, familiar with a customer that has same thing.
