Hello Everyone,

This may seem like a silly question but.... is it possible to be HACCP Certified?

We have always thought HACCP was a best practice and (although some certifications are based in HACCP such as; SQF) not something that could be audited against on its own.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated; thank you.

ASQ has a certification for HACCP auditors - it is now called Certified Food Safety and Quality Assurance designation

Yes, you can get a HACCP certification on a business.

Most food safety auditing companies can provide an auditor for this purpose.

yes, it is. The scope of certification can be discussed with the certification body.
