Hi Senarath, do you work for a business or are you a consultant?  You may receive a document or template here and there to help you with your FSMS, but unlikely anyone will give you all of their hard work for free.

Simon

hi,

I think in that situation it would probably be the company for whom you work that would buy the manual, in the same way that they'd be the ones buying equipment for the factory or QC lab?

I wouldn't disagree that your salary is intended to cover the cost of your time in making and managing the system, but surely purchases of equipment, supplies etc for the business are paid for by the business?

Do you have a departmental manager you can discuss this with?
It may be that they would prefer to develop the manual within the business, rather than purchase one, but in that type of circumstance they'd really need to support and teach you about this process, if it's not something you've done before.

Hi Senarath, a requirement of any management system is that senior management provide adequate resources.  You are a resource and your employer is right to expect that you are competent to do the job they pay you to do, however, they have a responsibility to assist you with the tools you need to do your job.

IFSQN also offer a lower cost option that is more affordable and may help you.

IFSQN FSSC Development Program Food Safety Management System Implementation Package

The IFSQN FSSC Development Program Food Safety Management System Implementation Package is a great value Food Safety Management System package that will provide any small business with key core food safety system procedures and records and help them on the way to FSSC 22000 certification.

Hi senarath,

If you are seeking a complete operational FS manual, eg including Policies, Procedures, Work instructions, etc then the previous posts invariably apply.

However if you are only seeking a so-called "Quality Manual" for iso22000, this is maybe more accessible. I have not yet seen one for the 2018 revision but an example for the original 2005 version is here -

Kind Regards,
