Hello fellow QA and technical nerds,

I am Donna, QA from a food manufacturer in Sydney.

Our factory makes RTE salad, fruit salad, wet salad, mash, soup and sauce with shelf life range is from 4 days to 80 days

IFSQN is my favorite work related website where I sometimes find answers and ideas from fellow IFSQNers.

I have experience in SQF, YUM!, Coles CQA and Food Authority ANZ standards. I am also a member of the HACCP team.

I am a student here as I am new to food industry. I studied journalism and mass communication in China and MBA in Australia. My communication skill certainly helps me with external supplier audit, internal audit and complaint investigation.

I am also passionate about training qualified food manufacturers.

I am keen to learn more from you and hope I could contribute some knowledge in the future.

Stay well and best regards,

Donna Bailey
