[Quality Assurance Flavours]

Dear All,

As per ISO22000:2018 certification requirements, we need to evaluate the service provider like pest control services, cleaning service provider and third party service provider.

We are already evaluating the raw material supplier and grading them accordingly. Now I am looking forward to understand the kind/sample of  format should be used for the evaluation. Or I can use the same format (supplier evaluation of raw material ) for evaluation of service provider.

Hi Charu ,

 

As service suppliers are different in their scope and you have different expectations , you can create a KPI's for each supplier , from this KPI's you can evaluate the quality of the service.

 

For example pest control you may use respecting the schedule ,  number of incidents due to pests , respond time ,..... as per your requirement and expectation from them.

 

then you have to make it in figures to facilitate the evaluation , for each KPI you will define the evaluation , for example respecting the schedule you may make it % of performed visited divided by the scheduled or you can use the missed visited number and make it as the number of missed visits.

 

Same for other services , you gather your requirement and the controls and selects some KPI's to evaluate.
