Myself Dr. Selvan Ponnuraman, working as Assistant Professor in Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Did undergradute in Veterinary Sciences, Master's in Meat Science and Technology and Doctorate in Livestock Products Technology. Currently, handling courses related to Red meat and Poultry Processing as well as their safety.
