What do people mean when they say "we have one HARA or two HARAs"?
What is a HARA anyway in that sense?
Can you give me an example of a HARA plan?

HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment) is the BRC Packaging standard's equivalent of HACCP.
These would typically be grouped by product/process, so for example if a site makes plastic trays and cardboard boxes, the two processes are distinct so each would have its own HARA plan.
The expectations for the HARA plan(s) are explained in part 2.2 of the standard.
