Hello everyone, I am extremely new to the food safety world, and SQF and everything else that goes along with it!  I have a question about annual refresher trainings.  Does anyone have a basic refresher list?  I know things like GMP and HACCP and pest control, but my boss has asked me to compile a list of what annual trainings need to be performed for a successful SQF audit, and honestly the manual is as clear as mud to me.  I've worked in Medical billing for 6+ years and thought those rules were confusing :-)  So any guidance as to what you guys usually cover annually, and any templates or excel graphs you would have would be SOOOOOO much appreciated.

You will want to include things that they shouldn't remove such as hold tags or similar as well as general foreign material prevention and make sure you include that everyone is responsible for food safety

When looking at the manual, I use this version because it goes more into detail. If you look at 2.9.2, it'll give you a better idea.

The list we use is attached and we have not had any issues with training on our audits.  The Job Specific Training will need to be tweaked to fit your facility.

Intentional Adulteration training both introduction and annually is mandatory as of July 2020.
