What are the differences between hazard assessment and risk assessment which one required in ISO 22000 ?

in the CCP definition, CCP shall be measurement unlike OPRP the measurement here means monitoring activity or verification activity or does it mean using  instruments? And what the intent of enable the application of correction in CCP definition?

Thanks <3

Hi abdooo,

With all due respect, yr queries sound like you may not yet be technically familiar with basic  haccp ?.

It may be preferable to become "fluent"  in Codex haccp before you attempt iso-haccp..

Hazard analysis: Identify all possible hazards potentially created by a product, process or application. Risk assessment: It is the next step after the collection of potential hazardsRisk in this context is the probability and severity of the hazard becoming reality.

Note that iso-haccp is a unique event. And not necessarily a fortuitous one.
