Hi, can someone guide me on how to apply point 7.1.5 Externally developed elements of the ISO 22000 food safety management system? Thank you.

If you hire somebody to develop prerequisite programs for your facility or do hazard analysis - that would need to be done specifically for your site and as per FSSC standard requirements. I used to work for the guy who wanted to implement BRC in his bakery and bought a package of BRC documentation (SOPs, forms, instructions, hazard analysis, etc.) for 10K - completely unrelated to his site. And then this guy hired me to make those doc's fitting to his facility & processes - that was one hell of work, I'll never forget that:)

Your entire ISO system can be developed by an external source such as a consultant, as an example we development entire SQF systems on a custom basis.
