Hello Everyone!! This has been the most helpful resource I've come across since taking a new position as a quality manager at a carbonated beverage production facility so thank you all for everything you've contributed. I've been in food safety / quality control for 6 years now and just began with a new and smaller company that is just starting out, so helping to build the quality department from scratch. 2020 has been challenging but so far so good. Just passed our SQF audit with 10 minor infractions and department of agriculture audit so on the right track.
