Hi, I'm trying to implement a module to satisfy the BRC-IFS and FSSC 22000 Food safety Culture to the employers

What do you think about a module like this one used to communicate different aspects about FSC? Thank you to all.

I would add to consequences: RECALL, HUMAN ILLNESS/DEATH due to Allergic reaction, LOSS OF REPUTATION

I would highly recommend the book Food Safety Culture : Creating a Behavior-Based Food Safety Management System by Frank Yiannas to get you started.  We had our entire Food Safety Team read it, and then we discussed how we would go about changing our behaviors and our staff behaviors, It takes more than training.  It takes time and has to be practiced from the top down every day.  It is constantly looking for a better and safer way because that's what a food safety culture demands.
