Hello what do you think about the small manufacturing process where all the processess takes place in the same room but on the segregated area? for example- the raw material in take and FP despatch will take place at the entrance where we have the production area separated only by the line on the floor ?

Not really an expert here, but what are your raw materials and are they materials that requiring cooking and washing? Because if they are materials that are already ready to eat, like sugar or flour, then that makes it more acceptable in my opinion. Oh, and always remember the allergens! If you have several products with different allergens, then I don't think it is okay to have the raw material intake at the production entrance since you said it will only be segregated by your production line, high risk of allergen cross contamination unless your production line is far enough. I think we all understand that the best would be to have a separate entrance for the raw materials intake and finished product dispatch, but sometimes there are also some resource constrains that won't allow that. Someone educate me if I'm wrong here.

The raw materials are dry protein and spices, which doesn't need to be further processed. there is no allergens.

I would be unhappy if the external door opens directly into an area where open food products are being handled.

At the very least I would expect to see some measures to prevent dirt/debris, pests, people coming in.
