Hi, we are a potato packer i.e. wash, grade and pack. What I would like to know if hoodies were worn and the hood was out over the hi vis vest, would this be an issue and also would BRC 8 be fine with this. Thanks

We're a bit different, but we ask our employees to tuck the hood under the smock they wear over everything. We are making and packaging the food here, but it is refrigerated.

We allow hoodies since we're in a cold facility. Smocks are worn and the hoods are allowed over the smocks. Hairnets must be worn underneath. Never had a problem from the inspectors.
