Ana Karina Loor : Hi! Joining from Costa Rica
Iliaz Rexhepi : Greetings from Kosova
Danielle Palacios : Do Gluten Certification bodies not accept the use of AllerFlow Gluten Kit by Hygiena simply because it doesn't have a AOAC validation?
Albert O'Sullivan-Greene : Hi, I have a question regarding the risk assessment that informs the frequency of sampling/Lab testing required; Appendix 5 gives guidance on the “Ease of detection†of gluten which can be included into one half of the risk assessment. Appendix 5 also gives advice on what testing methods are validated for particular food groups.  If a lab testing method validated for a particular food matrix is used (E.G. the competitive method) to test for a difficult to detect food matrix (E.G. hydrolysed and fermented products), does the validated method negate against the ease of detection requirement in the risk assessment – thus reducing the risk and thus the frequency requirement for testing?
Fabienne McNeely : The new codex requirments have been published at the end of last year with an extensive  Allergen management program. If a faciltiy is GFSI certified and shows full compliance against Codex, would BRCGS  leverage this to support  the GF certification?
Visnja Nikolic : can you please send the link with standard summary, previously mentioned. Thank you in advance
Sudhir Kalsulkar : Hi
Bonita Bonita : New FDA regulations do not allow for gluten testing on fermented foods, gluten testing must be done prior to fermentation and fermentation is not an allow to be a gluten removal step.
Martha Hartley : Question please: How can manufactureres ensure no cross contamination during transport/international shipping?
Muhammad Altaf : From the presentation it seems like its a process or system management program. Then why or how we can mark on label "Gluten Free" on the product?
Fadeyinmi Sokunbi : Hello, Fadeyinmi from Calgary Alberta
Iman ELBorolos : Hello from Egypt
Kubra Miller : We are preparing  for GFCO audit. We have only one line to run both GF and NON GF products. We are planning to do GF production first after we sanitize the line, however it is too hard to clean the tunnel oven we have,  also, we are a small operation and only have 2 big coolers where GF and Non GF ingredients have to share the coolers. Do GF and Non GF ingredients can share the same storage and if yes what kind of policy i should be following (Such as putting the GF ingredient on top shelf while putting the non Gf on the bottom)?
Visnja Nikolic : Is BRC base of certified manufacturers available publicly?
Muhammad Altaf : If am auditor have all FSMS auditing qualification other than GFCP, is he allowed to conduct audit for Gluten Free Certification standard of BRCGS.
Kunapuli Satyanarayana : In case of India all biscuits all are mfg with whest flour.
Kunapuli Satyanarayana : In case free gluten is there any stds worldwide?
Bonita Bonita : If you are not setting a limit on gluten in the product, but using manufacturers limits from location law, how can you certify different sites to different limits?
MOHAMMAD ASHRAFI Ashrafi : thank you
Dalip Chhatwal : Can it reduce acidity?
Kubra Miller : Is there any audit checklists for Gf certification to do our own inspection before the real audit?
Rebecca Ko Din : Thank you Simon and Barry. Stay healthy and safe
Rowena Curtis : why is there no reference to BRCGS on the informed trademark?
Martha Hartley : How TM are applied in products exported to Canada?from EU
Mark O'Leary : can a non conformance in your gluten free audit have an impact on your grading of your BRC rating if been done as a combined audit?
Rowena Curtis : Whats the cost for Progam License agreement?
Kunapuli Satyanarayana : Gluten free certificate is applicable in India?
Azad Lakhani : Thank you for informative webinar. Information will be useful. Azad Lakhani Streamwood, IL USA
Albert O'Sullivan-Greene : Thank you!
Fabienne McNeely : yes GFCP cert
Tom Sidebottom : Thank you Barry.  Do you know if any Food Safety Authority i
Ehsan haq : hello everybody
Dalip Chhatwal : Do it help in control obesity?
Tom Sidebottom : Thank you Barry!  Do you know of any Food Safety Regulatory Authority who have established a quantification for for gluten?
Ian Reader : Based on your statement on fermented food then is gluten free beer based on the addition of enzymes to remove articles from brewing process that cause the risk not accepted at a claim for BRCGF?
Shradha Khandelwal : As the 100% remote audit is not GFSI approved so can we do combined audit with 100% remote audit with BRC food for GFCP?
Awolad Hossain : Tanks
Awolad Hossain : Thanks
Bonita Bonita : FDA regulations:  Foods with ingredients that are gluten-containing grains that have been refined in such a way to remove the gluten may use the claim, so long as the food contains less than 20 ppm gluten/has less than 20 mg gluten per kg (e.g. wheat starch); so it could be gluten free, but not certified gluten free
Fabienne McNeely : What do you mean when you say you do not allow removable manufacturing  step ? The manufacturing proces of ethyl ethanol has a multiple distillation steps that support the removal of gluten. Does it mean that a distillery (using wheat as raw material)  cannot  go for GF certification?
Suman Saurabh : Is it available in India
Kubra Miller : Thank you for your answer.
Fausto C. : The sésame seed is considere Gluten free?
Raimonds Ziedins : We are currently using AOECS crossed grain symbol. It will be possible to keep it if we will be certified by Gluten Free Program?
Michael Hleba : sesame seed is its own allergen, not gluten
Fabienne McNeely : is this webinar being recorded?
Suman Saurabh : Is it available in India?
Shradha Khandelwal : If site do not get BRC FOOD certification because of grading can we issue GFCP certificate if it is done in combined with that?
Angom Ocan : Thank you Barry and Simon, this has been very informative.
Kunapuli Satyanarayana : In india some x company has having BRC8 In this case gluten free certificate can be audit combined?
Shradha Khandelwal : Is schedule A is available in BRC website?
