Hi
We did not formulate an assessment procedure but followed among others PAS 96:2017 Food Defence (TACCP) Guidance Training Course and Guidance on Food Defense.
Then all the guids and COPs were listed as reference.

I've attached a screenshot of the way vulnerability assessments are handled on Food Portal. The vulnerability assessment is incorporated into the raw material risk assessment for each material supply route.
The system has been designed to address all of the vulnerability factors listed in BRCGSV8 and the site vulnerability assessment is generated from the assessments carried out on each supply route.
