Hi, may I know the corrective action closing time for Major Minor NCR and observations for ISO 22000: 2018 Audit findings.

Similarly same time line are used for internal audits finding? Best regards, Mohammed Salim

Muhammed,

For internal audits, you have the flexibility to define the corrective action close-out times. It does not have to be the same as the ISO 22000 standard.

It may be unreasonable to perform a major repair or modification within 28 days or so due to external factors.

Hi Mohammed Salim,

 

In our case, we have established lead time for the NCs raised during internal audits.

For example, if your action plan is more on documentation only, then you have to finish your action plans within 10 working days from the RCA deadline.
