Hello, can anybody help me please? What are the required parameters for propane used for flame (flaming) of pig carcases the EU? This gas must meet also the requirements for additive E 944? Thanks for any answers...

Since it's not a food additive, but rather a processing aid in your application I believe you're ok

 

NOTE: the links i have attached are two different examples of propane approvals in the EU
