Hi I need help in knowing the responsibilities (scope of work) for each team member of the HACCP team please help 

for example the scope of work of a:

 

what are their scope of work?

Purchasing manager

Receiving and storage supervisor

Engineering supervisor/ maintenance 

Quality control/assurance manager  

Internal auditor

Sanitation manager

Product development/sales manager
