Ivar Pedro Joaquin Brandt Landinez Brandt Landinez : Kevin, Basic principle is having visual access to all Food Contact Surfaces (FCS), to the best of my knowledge, performing a Risk Assessment to all FCS you maybe be able to determine what a Critical Surface is (maybe most difficult to clean and sanitize), for your application (blender), hope this helps..
