Dear all, please I need to differentiate between non conformity and incident concepts in ISO 22000 standards. I mean if some workers didn't going with personal hygienic practices and I need to write this case, should I write non conformity or incident? Regards

Hello.

I think it should depend on the scale and the outcome. What has the issue resulted in?

IMO,  (i'm not the most knowledgeable or experienced) but if 'some workers didn't going with personal hygienic practices' for me this would be a non-conformance, however if there was non-conforming product or an accident resulting from this, this would be an incident.

I think the line can be blurry.

I'm sure the more experienced people on here could clarify a little better.
