Dear all,

I am trying to make a label compliant to the USA rule. We produce chocolate spheres filled with caramel crunch. This is composed with the following ingredients: sugar, butter, cream, glucose and salt. For the European legislation, the supplier called it "aromatic caramel" (not any flavouring or additives added) as per AFNOR.

Do you know which could be the legal name to use for this ingredient in compliance with the USA labelling?

Could you help me? which bibliographic source can I verify?

Many thanks in advance,

Best regards, Michela
