Hello everyone,

I want to review our HACCP plan but i found that we have a lot of documents because we have 9 final products.

There is any way to simplify this study? for example we have 2 or 3 products that start in the same point and they could have a difference in some steps. How to simplify that?

there is any example to share?

Regards

Depends on the regulations and the products.

What do you make.

Also 9 is not many final products. We make over 200+ at where I work. I'm jealous.

As per previous post, it all depends on what haccp scenarios are involved.

As an extreme example, USDA have published 2 haccp "plans" which cover a huge number of completely different school meals in USA but which have essentially identical CCP steps.

There may be restrictions to simplification due haccp requirements like specifications, flowcharts though.

Kind Regards,
