Hello, please my company is going for an integrated audit for EU,USDA and JAS organic certification. Can anyone please share any document about the similarities and differences between these three regulations or any training materials for a food processing factory.
Thank you

You should be able to find a comparison on the net

It is probably going to depend on where your product will be shipping to and what scheme is used most often in that country

Last I compared, there was very subtle differences for the most part, but that was about 4 years ago

Please stop referring to me as Sir/sirs

Ok. Thank you. I am actually still searching but I have not yet gotten any document that compares these three. If you have a document prepared for this can you please share with me.

They are very similar, but it will also depend on the specific products and ingredients.  Some ingredients have different requirements for between the three and may require a specific form to be completed and verified.  The overall process is pretty much the same for a facility; it just comes down to the ingredients and the product formulations.

Ok. Then in this case my company will not have a challenge since it is only one raw material we are using without any added ingredient. We are into cocoa processing into liquor, butter and cake.
Thank you for the clarification

Your process is simple.  However, you need to make sure you have completed any equivalency documentation / records between the three.  Your organic certify should be able to help you with this of course.
