I am trying to figure out what exactly they are asking for in the ed 9.0 sqf element 11.8.1.10 new clause to meet gfsi gmp 12.1 regarding the effective removal and storage if required of waste water.

Do you hold waste water in any way / shape/ or form?   Meat plants have treatment facilities as an example, they would need to provide assurance that it won't contaminate the facility,   some large veggie processors do as well

If all of your waste water is directly tied to free flowing drains, then you shouldn't need to do anything

Key words there is "effective removal and storage (if required) of waste water."

If there is not standing anywhere and goes directly to the drains and moves out then you should be fine.
