thanks for reply. I tried the online label calculator but they are not always correct. 

 

I am searching an excel file wioth the formula in order to calculate the %DV with the correct rounding.

Hello Michela. The USDA maintains a nutritional database of most food items and is one of the most recognized/respected that I am aware of. In fact, most Label Software companies that produce Nutritional Panels link directly to this database. You can search by keyword, then choose from one of the many search results that will be provided to obtain the full nutritional breakdown.
