Hi Food Safety Family, I am looking into a nutritional data analysis. Could you provide some recommendations and your experiences using the following software? 1. Genesis (ESHA) 2. NutriCalc 3. NutraCoster

I've been using Nutracoster for several years, no complaints: easy to use, up to date, many options.

I have used Genesis.  It is very easy to use as well.
