Hi everyone, I am practically new here. Our company is now on the process of creating an FSMS applying all HACCP and GMP plans. I am a representative of the Engineering department. Our task is to provide plans on PMS of machine (preventive and breakdown) and calibration (weighing scales and temperature). The machines intended are for food grade quality specifically in plastic production. Can anyone please enlighten me on how to make the document? I already have ideas on weighing scale calibrations, temperature monitoring devices calibrations but don't know how to actually put it in a document. Any help will be very much appreciated.
