Can anyone share a cleaning procedure SOP for Multivacs?

Hi. thanks for your reply. Yes I did reach out to the manufacture. They have basic info. I was looking for what others are doing for examples.

We wash/sanitize using normal water pressure. They are then covered with plastic wrap before sanitation uses the power wash in the room. If not too dirty, wipe down using food grade sanitizing wipes or a paper towel with sanitizer on it.

We do the same as what kfromNE said. We also periodically remove the top presser cover to deep clean inside the hood.
