Hello, I am wondering if anyone on here can point me in a good direction as to where I can find some information regarding the requirements for Identity, Purity, and Strength for finished dietary supplements. All components are readily and commonly characterized using GCMS and the procedures are straight forward. Since one of the ingredients is lime oi, there are numerous unidentified compounds in there that are not listed on the label for the supplement. Along with this, I am unsure about what levels of purity are specifically needed since all ingredients are labeled as food safe by FDA standards. If someone can point me in the right direction as to where I can find information regarding allowed impurity amounts (if any) that would be great. Thank you!
