Regarding IFS: 4.10.4 Only qualified personnel shall be allowed to undertake cleaning and disinfection. The personnel
shall be trained and retrained to carry out the cleaning and disinfection schedules.
We are a large company and have a lot of employees carry out cleaning tasks (no specific cleaning team).
We have one overall cleaning schedule for the whole factory and every employee is trained in this cleaning schedule and corresponding instructions related to their function.
But we are struggling with amendments on the schedules/ instructions. For every amendment we need to retrain a lot of employees and most of them are working parttime and/ or in shifts. So one of my colleagues is very busy making appointments with every employee, individual training and letting them sign for retraining.
Does anyone have a suggestion/sollution to make retraining and signing/recording a bit easier so it takes less time?
