Hi all, 

 

Our production running 24 hours in 2 shifts, manager verified CCP monitoring record on the next day of production. However, auditor suggests we have record verification on the same day of production. What is your guys thought on this? Is it a mandatory to have CCP verification on the same production day

Though we do verification usually on the same day but according to our HACCP plan, within 7 days we have to do verification (SQF practitioner / PCQI).

If you have local Regulations for HACCP for yr product situation, these will apply.  Do you ?

 

If no Regulatory requirement, you can find various routine times in published texts varying, from memory, typically between 1 day and 1 week. Offhand, IMEX, demanding within same day is rare. Of course, a failure of a CL associated with a CCP should be reacted to immediately upon detection.
