Hello,

I'm a mildly experienced Food Safety/Quality/Regulatory/Technical Services person, with a very general set of experiences in a variety of roles in places ranging from poultry slaughter to chocolate & chips and a number of things in between.

I wonder what the middle ground for poultry slaughter and chocolate chips is?  Welcome to the forums!
