Hi all,

I am currently try to find whether the Szechuan Pepper/Prickly Ash (Zanthoxylum Bunganeum) is permitted to be used in seasoning under Korean regulation. However, i could not find any regulation regarding this matter. I'm getting lost and where i can find related regulation?

Thank you.

I have a Food Additives Code from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.  I also attached the website for their other programs.  Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Hi Mr Branden,

Thank you for your help. However, I tried to find the use of prickly ash as spices in seasoning but no information on that.
