[SQF beginner]

Hi all, this question may be another category, maybe with CFR? Anyways, we are a dairy under SQF and have a technical question regarding swabbing...

For reswabbing in zone 2,  are we to wait 4 hours into production before we can proceed with the swab? I think there may be something in FSMA but not sure....

(a) Swabbing to test for ? (b) Why are you reswabbing ?

 

If the purpose is micro/L.mono as per Post 2 and a corrective action is involved, you presumably have to implement the full Procedure as per Pg 45/85 et seq.
