Hi to all, I'm a consultant for food safety in Italy and i mainly work for a consultant firm oriented to small to medium enterprise.
Sifting through the website and in the 10 years of my work i've seen there is a far larger and interesting universe out there so i hope to catch at least a grasp on some of it,
I'm interested in getting knowledgeable in new (for me) topics like novel foods, food defense and fraud and in the import/export of food, to expand my work experience and also out of simple interest.
