Good Day Food Safety Team 

 

Trust you are all well and keeping safe 

 

I need your expert advise on ISO 22000 Clause 4.1 - 4.4 & 6 

 

I have decided to implement using the below.  (I need to confirm of this table below satisfies the requirements) Does this cover the SWOT exercise in a different way.

 

 

Please advise if I still need to do an action plan on both the assesment or just for the risk and opportunity clause 6.1
