Does anyone have a recommendation for a software package to use for visitor sign in, GMP compliance and safety/evacuation information?  I'm looking for something to purchase that we can use on our ipads for visitors to watch a video, review our GMP guidelines, PPE, etc and then sign in. I would like for the system to keep track of all visitors and those who have review the information on an annual basis. Someone recommended Envoy, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other recommendations. TIA!

These are some alternatives that were proposed to me in a conversation I had: Traction Guest and SwipedOn. They are customizable and could possibly fit your needs.

Enough of these softwares are kind of focused on hotel-like visitors/customers, but I believe they can be programmed accordingly.

Personally, I used the Google suite tools to create the visitor platform you described (took a bit more time building it) but I am happy with the outcome, using the cloud to share and provide access and restrictions across PC/tablets/cell phones. I haven't embedded a video (which is not difficult), but in there visitors can find GMP, guidlines they need to follow during their visit, any health issues they might have etc etc and then in the end a panel to sign in by finger-tracing* their signature.

Thank you so much. I was having difficulty even finding other companies so now I at least have options. I will also have to look into the Google suite tools - never even thought of using those.

We use Sign In App which is very good. It can do everything you've mentioned with possibly the exception of requiring visitors to go through everything again after a year. They are very receptive to improvement suggestions though so maybe something they can add.
