Recently completed and audit, the auditor remarked that we need to monitor vit A and iron as possible hazards in our HACCP. I'm curious if anyone has a suggestion as to addressing this OPRP and validating the oprp

Hi CGI Muronda,

I presume this relates to iso22000.

Can you provide some context, eg -

Product/Process/control step relating to oprp.

Kind Regards,

Our organisation produces ready-to-eat porridge via the extrusion process, we had identified all the chemical ingredients added to the product, but it was indicated that vit A and iron could be a potential hazard in the case of over fortification... Also the standard is FSSC 22000
