Welcome to the forum :welcome:

You're asking quite a broad question!
Is there a specific element you're struggling with?

If you put the clause number into the search box at the top right of the page you'll find quite a few threads on this topic already, as it's one that has caused a good few headaches for people. See: https://www.ifsqn.co...=0&gsc.q=4.11.8

Hello Revanth!

As pHruit states, inputting the specific regulation/code into this forum's search bar is a great way to learn information. Additionally, a risk assessment depends largely on the type of foods you are processing. You may also try searching for topics started by others in your industry (ie meat processing, RTE produce, supplements, etc).
