Does anyone have a Vendor Approval with Risk assessment template that they are willing to share?

Hello, you could possibly look into utilizing Safefood 360. They have a neat supplier management software, but I'm not sure about the pricing. I've also attached a template from the Institute for Food Safety and Health.
