Hi, you might need to provide some context - labelling requirements differ between countries, for example. Is there a specific reason you think it doesn't need to be included on the ingredients list? e.g. is it being used as a processing aid, or present only as a carryover ingredient?

This is added to the product to enhance the shelflife of the protien healthy balls. Yes, labelling requirment varies from country to country. In general, need to know if this need to be part of the labelling requirment.

For many labelling questions there isn't a "general" answer, due to the differences between regulations in different countries/regions.
For EU and UK purposes I'd expect that you would need to declare this.

Healthy balls are always important. I for one am allergic to dextrose and it should be on the label.

We also use cultured dextrose (Microgard), and we put it on the label as part of grouped sugars - but definitely it must be declared.

In general, YES, but may be a NO depending on location, and how it is added / used.
