Hi all,
I've worked in facility QA for my career and have recently moved to a brand who utilizes all co-manufacturers and third-party distributors. As far as facility registration...do we register? And if so, as what type of facility? Thanks in advance!

Is your companies name on the packaging??? Then yes, you are the "owner" of the product

If you are selling the product yourself then you are the facility not the broker.
